Development workshops

TOL uses a workshop concept for the early stages of design and development. We want our clients to participate in the design process because this enables us to stay within the budget and deliver a quality project.

That’s why we organise workshops for groups who are about to develop a new environment. The workshops give you an opportunity to analyse your project from a design and functionality perspective.

Together we watch trends and analyse your ideas and plans. We work with mood boards to create images and text for a new concept. The group uses materials and images that visualise its thoughts and discussions.

The participants and architects work together to understand how a business operates and turn this into a proposed architectural plan. Using the results from the workshop, TOL creates a design plan for your development project.

We make use of a business’s experience and challenge it to find new paths to success. This process takes place in a creative environment with an open exchange of information.
