Strandpromenaden

Strandpromenaden housing cooperative completes the town plan in the Hamnen block adding two white folded apartment buildings right next to Bällstaviken and Tuvan Park. The project includes 61 flats that have 2 – 5 rooms in addition to the kitchen. It has a total gross area of 7,000 m². The end result is well in line with the ambitious plans of client and architects. The project was named Riksbyggen Project of the Year 2010!

The project was based on a parallel assignment in 2004 carried out in cooperation with isis arkitekter, in which Petter Kärnekull was a partner. The inquiry and construction documents were produced by Petter Kärnekull Arkitektkontor AB 2006 – 2010.
